Felony Child Abuse

Probation; No Jail Time

Henderson Law Group represented a St. Louis County man on a charge of felony child abuse.  Our client, who had two prior offenses of domestic assault, was alleged to have beat a child he was babysitting.  After pretrial discovery was completed, our client, despite his prior offenses and his admission that he in fact committed the crime, was offered a very favorable plea deal that included no jail time and that will also allow for him to keep a conviction off his record should be successfully complete the probation period.
