Receiving Stolen Property

Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a Dellwood woman on a felony charge of receiving stolen property in St. Louis County Circuit Court.  The state alleged that our client received two stolen air conditioner units which had a value of more than $1,000.  After receiving a plea offer which included no jail time, our client decided to exercise her right to a trial.  This offense carries a maximum penalty of up to 7 years in prison.  On the morning of trial, the state dismissed the case against our client.
