Parental Kidnapping

Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a St. Louis County woman initially arrested for parental kidnapping, a class D felony. After being retained on the case, our law firm immediately spoke with the St. Louis County warrant officer before charges were filed and argue that the facts did not support a parental kidnapping charge. Ultimately, our client was formally charged with violation of a protective order, a class A misdemeanor. On the day of trial, Henderson Law Group was able to secure a DISMISSAL OF ALL CHARGES.
