Henderson Law Group represented a 13-year-old South County juvenile on felony charges of assault and making a terrorist threat in St. Louis County Family Court. The St. Louis County Juvenile Office alleged that our client made various threats on social media to shoot other students and commit a school shooting as well as punched and injured another student. Despite our client having previous referrals to the St. Louis County Juvenile Office for other offenses, we obtained a very favorable plea deal that placed our client on probation.
