Felony Stealing

Reduced to Misdemeanor; SIS probation

Henderson Law Group represented a University City woman on one count of felony theft.  The prosecutor alleged that our client stole TVs and other electronics from Wal-Mart.  Through pretrial negotiations, we obtained a very favorable plea deal for our client.  The felony charge was reduced to a misdemeanor and our client was sentenced to two years SIS probation.  If she successfully completes probation, there will not be a conviction on her record.
