Henderson Law Group represented a Franklin County man charged with passing a bad check of more than $500.00, a class C felony which carries a sentence of up to 7 years in prison. Immediately after being hired on the case, Henderson Law Group negotiated a dismissal of the charge with the prosecuting attorney in exchange for our client’s agreement to pay back the amount of the check. CASE DISMISSED, NO JAIL, NO PROBATION.
