Henderson Law Group represented an Arnold, Missouri man in St. Louis Circuit Court on one charge of felony drug possession. Our client, an eight-time convicted felon, was alleged to have passed out at a gas pump with heroin in plain sight in his vehicle. At sentencing, the prosecutor argued for a 10 year term of imprisonment, while we argued for probation. PROBATION GRANTED, NO JAIL TIME.
