SIS Probation; No Jail Time

Henderson Law Group represented a Columbia, Missouri man in St. Louis County Circuit Court on one charge of felony drug possession.  Initially, the prosecutor offered a plea deal of 3 years in prison.  We then filed a Motion to Suppress the search and seizure of our client’s vehicle and subsequent discovery of heroin based on a violation of our client’s constitutional rights.  Prior to arguing our motion, the prosecutor agreed to a SIS PROBATION, NO JAIL TIME, NO CONVICTION.
