Felony Destruction of Property

Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a North St. Louis County man charged with felony destruction of property for allegedly smashing another individual’s car with a tire iron causing more than $2,000 in damages. After a preliminary hearing and cross-examining the alleged victim, no one could positively identify our client as the suspect. Accordingly, the judge found that that there was no probable cause and dismissed the case.
