Diversion; Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a Springfield, Missouri man in St. Louis City Circuit Court on one court of felony assault and armed criminal action. Prosecutors alleged that after an argument outside a Soulard bar, our client got into his vehicle and reversed into a young woman, striking her and causing injuries. Ultimately, we convinced the prosecutors office to accept our client into a diversion program, also know as the Felony Redirect Program, despite this program not being available to individuals charged with felony assault. Our client successfully completed all requirements of the diversion program and the case was DISMISSED.
