Henderson Law Group represented a St. Louis County man on destruction of property and assault on a law enforcement officer charges. After pointing out numerous inconsistencies in the officer’s version of events, the prosecutor agreed to dismiss the destruction of property charge and amend the assault on a law enforcement officer charge to littering.
