2 Counts Stealing a Credit Device and Felony Stealing

Henderson Law Group represented a North County woman on two felony counts of stealing a credit device and one count of felony stealing in St. Louis City Circuit Court.  At the time Henderson Law Group was retained, our client was locked up in Chicago waiting to be extradited back to St. Louis.  We immediately got to work for our client and not only was able to secure our client’s immediate release but also convinced the prosecutor to dismiss the charges against our client within 24 hours of being hired.
