Felony Stealing and Identity Theft

Henderson Law Group represented a Bellefontaine teenager charged with three separate Class C felonies in St. Louis County Circuit Court: stealing a credit card (2 counts) and 1 count of identity theft. Each charge carried a maximum of 7 years in prison. Our client was accused of stealing credit cards from a local high school office and using those credit cards to buy personal items, such as clothing and shoes. Henderson Law Group was able to secure a very favorable plea deal on behalf of our client. All charges were reduced to misdemeanor theft and our client was placed on 2 year SIS probation.
