Probation with 10 days shock jail time

Henderson Law Group represented a St. Louis County man charged with DWI and Leaving the Scene of an Accident in Cape Girardeau County. Our client had three prior DWIs. Our client ultimately pleaded guilty to DWI while the hit and run charge was dismissed. Our client was sentenced to 10 days shock jail time and two years of supervised probation.
