Robbery 1st Degree and Armed Criminal Action

Henderson Law Group represented a Ferguson teenager on charges of robbery in the first degree and armed criminal action.  Robbery in the first degree is a class A felony while armed criminal action is a charge that carries with it a three-year mandatory minimum prison sentence.  At the preliminary hearing, we were able to secure a dismissal of all charges.
