Reversed; Orders of Protection Vacated

Henderson Law Group represented a Kirksville husband and wife on appeal to the Missouri Court of Appeals, Western District. Our firm did not represent the husband and wife at trial, as they instead appeared without an attorney at the initial hearing. The trial court granted orders of protection against both the husband and wife. At this time, the Kirksville couple hired our firm to represent them on an appeal. Accordingly, we filed an appeal to the Missouri Court of Appeals. After fulling briefing the errors made by the trial court, the Court of Appeals agreed with our position and REVERSED the trial court and VACATED the previously issued orders of protection.
