Reduced to Careless and Imprudent Driving

Henderson Law Group represented a St. Louis County man on a charge of driving while intoxicated in St. Louis County Municipal Court. The prosecutor alleged that our client was swerving, had open containers, had difficulty speaking, and bloodshot eyes. After negotiations with the prosecutor, we were able to get the case reduced to careless and imprudent driving – a 2-point violation – with a fine.
