June 4, 2012 – Saturday, a man of Richmond Heights, Missouri, was been charged with aggravated stalking after officials say he planted a GPS device on his estranged wife’s vehicle. The woman found the device on May 23rd; just three days after the St. Louis Circuit Court granted the wife a full order of protection against the man. Police stated that the man has admitted to using the device to monitor his estranged wife’s movements and to find out where she lived. A judge ordered $25,000 bail.
