Has the Use of Techonology Reduced Police ‘Testilying’?

The New York Times interviewed countless New York Police Officers to uncover the prominence of ‘testilying:’ false testimony by the police. They found many cases in which officers lied about obtaining evidence, resulting in false convictions.
