Man Charged with Aggravated Battery to a Police Officer.

May 29, 2012- A man, of the first block of Belle Drive in Fairview Heights, is charged with aggravated battery to a police officer, after allegedly kicking, pushing, and punching two Fairview Heights officers in the face while he was being arrested for a warrant. The man is being held in St. Clair County Jail on a $50,000 bond.
