Fentanyl Drug Bust – St. Charles

On Wednesday, September 19, 2018, DEA busted a condo both in St. Charles and St. Peters, preventing 1.5 millions doses of fentanyl from hitting the St. Louis metropolitan streets. DEA intercepted a suspicious package sent using the name of model/actress/TV host Daisy Fuentes. In addition to the fentanyl, DEA agents found a handgun, $19,000 in case, an ounce of suspected heroin, and a machine for encapsulating the fentanyl into pill form. There are two individuals in federal custody facing charges of possession and distribution of fentanyl.
