Our Defense Begins With Investigation

At Henderson Law Group, our criminal defense attorneys begin each marijuana possession case by thoroughly and carefully examining all the facts and circumstances surrounding the arrest. Many arrests for drug possession occur as a result of a traffic stop. We will investigate the stop itself to determine if it was legal. We will also determine whether the police had probable cause to search you or the vehicle you were in. If we find constitutional search and seizure violations, it could lead to a dismissal of the charges against you. At Henderson Law Group, our criminal defense attorneys work tirelessly to find problems with the prosecution’s drug possession case and will aggressively fight to get the charges against you dismissed.
