Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a Southern Missouri man on a charge of Statutory Sodomy 2nd Degree, a class C Felony, which carries a maximum of seven years in prison. After a preliminary hearing and thorough cross-examination of the alleged victim, we were able to point out numerous inconsistencies with the alleged victim’s version of events. Additionally, we pointed out various statements made by the alleged victim to other persons in which she recanted her allegations. After preliminary hearing, the judge did not find probable cause that the crime was committed. Case Dismissed.
