Receiving Stolen Property

Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a Wellston woman on a charge of receiving stolen property in St. Louis County.  The state alleged that our client received a stolen iPad and other items from another individual.  Despite a very favorable plea offer, we decided to proceed to trial due to the lack of evidence the prosecutor had against our client.  One week before trial the state dismissed the case against our client.
