Harassment and Tampering with a Witness

Trial – Not guilty

Henderson Law Group represented a Ballwin woman, who is a registered nurse, in St. Louis City Circuit Court charged with Tampering with a Witness and Harassment. Before trial, the Tampering with a Witness charge was dismissed. Our client proceeded to trial on the Harassment charge. The prosecution alleged that our client sent dozens of threatening text messages and made approximately 50 phone calls to the alleged victim. Following a trial, our client was found not guilty.
