Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented an Oakville woman charged with felony stealing. The state alleged that our client used another woman’s credit card to retrieve thousands of dollars from various ATMs in the South County area. However, the alleged victim also admitted that she authorized “many” of these transactions but not all of them. After cross-examining the alleged victim at the preliminary hearing, the judge did not find her credible and further found no probable cause that a felony was committed. Case Dismissed.
