Felony Leaving the Scene of an Accident

Case Dismissed

Henderson Law Group represented a St. Peter’s man on a felony leaving the scene of an accident charge in St. Charles Circuit Court.  At the preliminary hearing, we vigorously challenged the state’s case and the lack of evidence implicating that our client was the person who in fact smashed his car into another vehicle and fled the scene.  Following the preliminary hearing, the judge ruled that there was no probable cause.  CASE DISMISSED.
